Our Sports coach has over 30 years experience of helping people to reach their full potential in physical activities. Together we can help you to move easier, grow stronger and improve your physical condition.

Classes are run @ Gillingham Social Club, Hardings Lane, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4HX
Mondays 10 - 11am
Wednesdays 10 - 11am
Fridays 9 - 10am
Choose a session that suits you and book in to our 6 week block of strength and conditioning.
VIDEO ASSISTED standard classes include a programme for you to do at home, with clear instructions as to how to do the exercises, twice a week; plus a video analysis of you doing one exercise (2 mins maximum) and helping you to improve your form each week; as well as the 'in person' class (1hr per week)
